I have had a 450 since 1985. Always accurate,speedy,and without problems. I even have a 4 didget customer number. Lol

I bleed Dillon Blue. I've been using my press since 1996. It started life as their 1st Basic Loader, similar to the current BL550 which I converted to its current status as a full RL550B within a year. I've had zero issues. The few times I've had to call for product support have gotten me on the right track immediately. I couldn't be happier! Called this morning had my credit card out to pay for the primer follower for my primer system early warning kit which I broke and the gentleman on the other end said it would be in the mail today no charge wow Dillon you are awesome
Visited their offices today. Was met by a very helpful guy. I've had a couple of broken parts on my Dillon in the past, all repaired under warranty no questions asked. Dillon is awesome. Customer support is as good as it gets too.
I have a die hard Dillon fan for several years. After awesome support on my 650 including the shipping of a replacement motor on the case feeder, I upgraded my non-Dillon shot shell reloader to a 900. I have never second guessed that decision. The other day I was showing a friend the 900 and he forced the handle down snapping off the plastic lever. When I called Dillon the rep immediately knew what part I needed and the next day I received two spares with a note "extra one for next time :-)" I am a Dillon fanatic for life.
