Nice reloaders had it is the bomb can't break it well built
Dillon Precision is awesome. I just set up my press after 3 years or more. I lost the spent primer cup somewhere in the last move. I called, and they are sending me another one for free. I said "I lost the damn thing". He said no problem, it ships in the morning. I said " but I lost the damn thing and I want to BUY a new one". I've been a Square Deal customer for 4 years (recently bought a 2nd one) and their customer service has been great to work with. I've had Dave a few times and he's knowledgeable, patient and professional.
I ordered around 1500.00 worth of reloading equipment and I am so happy that I purchased from Dillon Precision I wouldn't change a thing.
Any time I have a problem with my press and can't solve the problem I call Dillon and they talk me through it and if parts needed they just ship them out with no charge. You'll never get this type of service anywhere else. Dillon is tops in my book. Joe Stackhouse
I've had a square deal reloaded for 7 years and ran thousands of rounds of all different calibers through it. I ran into trouble with the smooth operation of the machine. Was told to return it and they would repair it at no charge. Wow it came back as a new machine. They mean their no "BS" warrenty. Superb customer service. Thank you Dillon.
Love my Dillon 550 and the customer service is top notch!
