My New Dillon 650XL should be arriving on Monday. This is my 1st Dillon & looking to hearing from all of you Dillon Owners. Total a Newbie here in SW GA. Keep the tips coming.
My 550 got extremely hard to operate. I have had this 550 for about 12 years and have loaded approximately 25,000 to 30,000 rounds with it. I contacted Dillon and got a repair authorization number. Just got it back from Dillon and it is like a new machine. Thanks Dillon for great service, and for making a great product.
I used Dillon for years, and I'm always amazed by their customer service. I needed a part that had worn from 20 plus yrs of service. As usual No questions asked. Just ok. Thanks for calling. New part shows up a few days later. No charge. Superb!
