Listen my 650 is hands down the best reloader I have ever owned but the terminator scale went defective on me just shortly after the one year mark (warranty 1 year) and they won't make good on it. Poor customer service experience. My option is trade it in and buy another one at a reduced price or deal with the digital display only revealing half the numbers. I have drank the blue cool-aid and I'm here to profess my undying devotion to Dillon Precision. I picked up a used 650 and brought it in to Dillon for cleaning/refurb (the press was at least 20 years old). What I received back from Dillon looks like a brand new XL650. Dillon, you have a customer for life. Anyone who asks me about getting into reloading will hear this from me, "If you are seriously going to get into reloading don't waste your money. Make sure you buy Dillon!!"
Just picked up the 550B and Wow! What a awesome Reloader the quality and precision is the best in the industry I reloaded 550 rounds of 40cal in a Hour what an amazing machine thank you for making such a quality product.
Had about 40 primers detonate last night on my 650. 100% my fault. I just built a new reloading bench and made the top too thick. Used 2x12's and a 3/4" smooth laminate making it 2.25". After transferring the press over I realized the handle hit the bench. So I was pulling the handle down to mark what needed to be notched about half way up my hand slipped and the turret slammed down detonating the primers. Called Dillon this morning, they are sending replacement parts under warranty!! I wasn't expecting that.
Wanted Dillon reloading press for years. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Only been a Dillon owner a little over a month, two orders all was right, phone call , changed things still was right, equipment just out standing, everything you could want. Make's great ammo, so far the Blue is living up to their name. Happy I made the move.
