I had a very disappointing experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and made me question the professionalism of this practice. I scheduled my appointment online with Dr. Hardi and shortly after received a call from the receptionist asking if 4 PM was the only time I was available, because the doctor’s last appointment was at 2 PM and they wanted to move my appointment closer so the doctor could leave early. Dr Obioha, provided me with the information I needed before and after my colonoscopy. I did have a couple of issues though. One was that my procedure started over an hour late and that inconvenienced the person driving me home. One more issue, the procedure was moved from Greenbelt to Rockville. Rockville was not convenient for me, but I did not want to wait a couple of weeks to have the procedure done in Greenbelt.
Great doctor. Truly took the time to explain what was going on with me and pinpointed the problem that so many other doctors did not figure out. I highly suggest him for those who value transparency like I do.
The most unprofessional doctor experience ever. The facilities looked like something out of a horror film, and I considered leaving before the doctor even came into the room. There was medicine out on the counter that I’m pretty sure was from a previous patient and was supposed to be refrigerated. The paint was chipping everywhere and there were wires all over the floor for some reason which felt like a tripping hazard. The sharps container was also on the group? Dr. Obioha is a true professional. I never felt rushed through my appointment. He took the time to talk to me and made sure I was clear about the information he shared pertaining to my procedure and followed up with me directly to discuss my results.
