I test drive a car and fell in love with it, but I wasn’t ready to purchase at that time. Ken Arias was super understanding and didn’t push the sale. A few days later I went back and the car was gone but we went out of his way to check to see if it was sold or moved to their sister site which it was. He worked with me to get the price that would fit my budget! And the car was brought back to their dealership that day and I picked it up that night. I would recommend him to anyone going to Difeo.
We bought a car today with Al Angelo and all I can say is we will definitely come again! We made a deal quick and paperwork was pretty fast and we really didn't spent a lot of our time over there. Everyone was very friendly and we felt good about it. We visited at least 5 dealerships before this one, and no one was so nice, friendly and professional as Al in DeFeo Kia in Lakewood. I would definitely give them 5 stars!! Highly recommend!
Stopped in just to look at a vehicle and drove home in it. A pleasant no pressure buying experience. The sales team was fantastic to deal with.
It was a real pleasure having Sammy help my fiancee and I chose the right car for us (well, really her car lol). We test drove 3 cars and Sammy was very patient, helpful and informative with the car specifics and details. Not once did he push us into making a purchase and not once did he make us feel uncomfortable asking any questions (and I had a lot) or under any pressure at all. I had the pleasure of working with Sammy Chow. He not only made the process easy but was in no sort one of those salesman that pressure you into finalizing a deal. He listened to my needs and allowed me to test drive a couple cars when I was undecided he never seamed like he was in a hurry to finish.
