Recently took my car in for recall service. Scheduling the service was an issue because they do not do this work on weekends and don’t mention this anywhere on the website and the service person I spoke to to confirm parts were available didn’t mention it either. The day I took the car in, I never received an update or phone call that it was done. Excellent experience and the best part I’ve bought a lot of vehicles but have never experienced a salesman like Gonzo so educated on all vehicles and so honest and truly caring. Definitely manager material any dealership should be blessed to have a salesman like this.
