Extremely unscrupulous sales tactics. Dealership is over an hour away and confirmed, IN WRITING!, the deal prior to the 2 hour round trip. Signed preliminary paperwork upon arrival and the next day was told "we've hit a snag." We thought you had a trade-in, after confirming three times, NO TRADE IN. If you want to deal with honest, forthright and stand-up individuals, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Irvine Kia service department is awesome. I worked with Ricardo to complete scheduled maintenance within the time stated. He kept me informed of the status while I waited. The lounge is fully compatible for those needing to work and they offer seamless free WiFi. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they had washed my car.

This dealership used to be one of the best, but since is been through lot changes you can tell the environment has change. The waiting room lobby is a mess there is not charging tables a used to be .they don’t have courtesy snack for waiting costumers, they only have coffee, water or tea. Employee used to be more friendly , now they’re so stress out, they don’t acknowledge the customers. We’re just waiting for the to eliminated the kids zone at this point. So sad the this changes are not for the good of the dealership.
Purchased another new car from DiFeo Kia. The experience was just as great as the first time. Everyone is so pleasant. Sammy is very detailed and awesome at his job. He went above and beyond to help me and make me smile. Very thankful! Kenny in the finance dept is awesome and kind also. 👍🏻

If you own a KIA DO NOT go to this dealership for service. To be honest they really just DO NOT care about their customers. They are about profit and it does not matter how bad the experience with their dealership is even IF THEY F*** up. Save yourself the head ache and just go to the next dealer. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them and had check engine light go off. When I brought it in they cheated me on my warranty costing me over $4K in repairs to get it fixed. Took over 2 weeks to get repaired due to incompetence ... read more
