Nick went from washing cars to an arrogant manager. Appointments that were set up were cancelled due to a no show employee. Nick ignored me when I complained. Not one apology, terrible customer service. And Bailey was the worst, new & no knowledge whatsoever. Took forever with her going back & forth to ask & still overcharged.
Terrible. Oil change with less than a 1 quart put back in! Bad service & liar salesmen & Brandi
We went to DiFeo when our lease was up and we decided to finance the car. I met with Al who was great! This was the first car I had leased and I didn’t know what to expect when the agreement was up. He walked me through the steps of going from leasing to financing and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend! Thanks Al!
I purchased my first brand new vehicle from kia Country of savannah. It was recently brought to my attention that the vehicle I purchased from here has illegal tint from an officer who cited me for the offense. I reached out to the sales manager edwin to see if anything can be done as I will be left with the charge to remove the tint and the ticket cost. I was very happy with Ricardo‘s service at Kia of Irvine! My appointment was ant 11 but I brought it in a little earlier and before 12 my car was serviced and even washed! I am always satisfied with the service here.
