Great experience. Walked in without appointment and got a salesman right away, Salesman, Al Angelo, gave me excellent service. I highly rate Al Angelo in particular, and Difeo Kia generally.

I will never go to anther dealership again Simon and the rest of the staff were top notch!! Simon was respectful , kind, and honest!! I will go back to him for my next car and send all my friends and family!!

After many failed attempts to purchase a Kia Telluride at several other dealerships, I came across my desired model at DiFeo. I called (spoke with Mike the manager)and scheduled an appointment for the same day and verified that the vehicle was still there and not sold or leased yet. The sales agent assigned to me by Mike was Sammy Chow who immediately called me while I was still home ready to depart to the dealership. The people are friendly. Matt Glerum is always helpful. Today, so was Jen Hanlon. We always take our cars there for service.

Jen was ready when I arrived. Since my vehicle has low mileage, she said that it propably would not take an hour. When the vehicle maintenance was complete, she went over it with me. One thing that came up later was CarFax said that the tires were to have been rotated and it did not appear that they were. Would Jen check on this please?

Matthew was very informative and explained all that was being done to my vehicle. When the vehicle service was completed Matthew reviewed all that was done to my Sportage and walked me to my car.
