I wanted to express my gratitude for helping resolve an issue I had with my 2014 Kia Cadenza. I met with Andrew Ferran and Christian Viera. I was in last week to take my Kia Sedona that has had multiple problems. It had a new transmission put it about six months ago, and since i got it back it has been ticking. I called Gary and he told me to bring it in, when i did the mechanic told me it isn’t unusual for cars with high mileage. The ticking continued called Gary again. I brought my car back in, Gave me a loaner, (Gary has been very helpful) they called me the next day telling me i needed to replace a hose for $1295, that i had an oil gasket needing replacement... read more

Kia of Irvine has been consistent with their service for the past 5 years that I have gone. The servicemen are always polite, trustworthy and honest in their dealings.
