I purchased a new Soul and Sammy Chow was well informed, friendly, and eager to answer any questions. He left all of negotiating to the sales manager, who along with the finance guy, was equally personable. If you want to avoid high pressure sales tactics, go to DiFeo Kia.

Difeo has a great service department. Jen was excellent explaining other service needs. The car was done as promised and cleaned!! I always have Difeo service my Soul. They were great when I purchased the car as well.
