BEWARE my experience at Kia of Irvine was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in for its first service after only four months of ownership, and I left with far more problems than I came in with. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed things were off. It was pulling to the right and wouldnt drive straight. I immediately drove back and was told it was because i had 2 new tires and 2 old tires EXCUSE ME?
