Great buyer experience. I recently made an impromptu visit to Monroeville Kia and was met by attentive and knowledgable representatives who helped me drive off with a great vehicle.
Purchased a used KIA and platinum warranty and had awful experiences with service EVERY time we came in. Theyve yelled at us, gaslit us, refused to honor the warranty terms, tried to charge us for covered services. Management is total garbage that ignores customer complaints and helps cover up mistakes instread of addressing complaints. Awful, rude people. Dont come here.
