I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dick's Hillsboro. I live in Vancouver and although there are many car dealers close to my location, I preferred to buy from away due to the professional approach of sales person, Randy May. We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Randy May who has just been the absolute BEST to work with! He takes the time to listen to our needs and finds a way to make it happen. He is extremely personable, adding absolutely no pressure to the deal at all. We will be life long customers of Dick's Country Dodge and look forward to buying our truck there next Spring. We've known Randy for years, through our son's Scout troop. We started buying vehicles at Dick's based on Randy's reputation for integrity, and we've continued to come back, recently purchasing our 4th vehicle from Dick's. Randy's honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism keep us coming back. Their service dept. with people like Todd also helps, and their finance folks are great as well. Jeremy DeHaven was exceptionally friendly and helpful with purchasing our new Jeep Cherokee: he helped us find a model that was exactly what we really wanted, and was even able to organise everything so that we could drive away the same day. I was recommended to Randy May by my co-worker, who had just purchased a truck from him. She said he was a real nice guy and took his time. I figured I would rely on her experience. I was very pleased upon meeting Randy. He did take his time, I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions. I got lucky and was introduced to Randy May when I first walked into Dick's Country Dodge. I had never been to the dealership before. I didn't intend to buy a car. Randy was the opposite of any bad stereotype you've heard about car salespeople. He wasn't slick talking. He wasn't overly aggressive trying to get me into some car.
