Worked with Randy May yesterday and had one of the most memorable car buying experience I think I'll ever have! Bought my first brand new car and LOVE it! Not only did Randy treat me like a friend in a lot of aspects but he was upfront and honest about what my options were. I went in with a very tight budget and walked out with something that not only fit my budget and my needs but I absolutely LOVE driving! It was worth the adventure to Hillsboro from Gladstone!!

The service department at dicks country dodge is awesome. I bought my dream truck 2 years ago and no matter what I bring it in for they are quick and they explain things to me. on march 18th I had my first accident with my truck so of course brought it in and adam burk got me started with the oil change and a recall that I had been putting off and he had the mechanic do a visual check for under body damage.he actually made me laugh and forget the stress of just being in an accident. hope he is there everytime I come to the d... read more

During a recent snowfall, another oncoming driver slid across the road and totaled my 2008 Dodge Ram Laramie truck. After getting the settlement agreement from the insurance. I recently purchased a used Ford Mustang at Dick's. It was an incredibly wonderful and efficient experience thanks much to Randy May. We negotiated all details of the transaction over the internet and phone. After much back and forth, Randy prepared all of the paperwork and I just came in and signed. My time in the dealership was 15 minutes at most.
