Randy M. is by far the best salesman I have delt with anywhere Pierod. He has seen me literally through three cars and two marriages. I needed a car in a very short period, with very little money and he came through in a big way. Had a great buying experience with Randy and Bob at Dick's Country Dodge. This was my first time buying from a dealer and both these guys made it really easy, they were patient and answered all of my questions and I was able to take home a great used truck.

Our experience at Dick's Country was excellent! Our sales consultant, Chris McHugh, was amazing. He helped negotiate, on our behalf, the financing and got our payments right where we needed them to be. There is no-hassle pricing on all their vehicles, so you know what you're paying up front. I found a used car online and went to the dealership at 7:30 pm. Randy had the car ready for viewing and a test drive even though they closed a 8. I purchased the car that evening and drove it home at 9:30 pm. The next morning the car could not be driven. Randy arranged for the car to be towed from Vancouver back to the dealership. Approximately $3000 of additional work was completed at no cost. The original price was $5000. AWESOME SERVICE GOOD BUY GREAT TRUCK! My husband and I live in Lebanon, OR and spent nearly a week driving all over the state looking for the right truck at the right price.
