Loved my existing Honda Accord, but needing 2 knees replaced, I wanted a higher seat. Did a lot of research online at several brands and decided on 2 brands. I then stalked both brands and styles in parking lots to help make my decision on brand. Really appreciated Ana's eagerness to send multiple on line links several times, with a lilt in her voice. My Review goes out to Randy May, Tyler Chang, and Ana Ruiz, sorry if I forgot anyone. That is not my intent. I arrived at Country Dodge on June 26th around 9am, with everything in hand to buy my 2015 Dart, and Randy was waiting for me. Sadly the car I wanted was not at the dealership and wouldn't be for another week, I was heartbroken. Mike & Jan P. We bought a 2015 RAM 1500 Diesel recently from Dick's Country Dodge and are very pleased with it after driving home to the coast. I had found a car I was interested in online, I called to see if it was still available. When I got to the dealership Randy was already pulling the car up front for me to test drive. He wasn't pushy and worked hard to make it a great experience. When I had mechanical questions he took me directly to the mechanic that had checked it out so I could get the most direct answers. He also tried to make the transaction go as fast as possible. Bottom line I had a great experience and I love my new car. Thanks Randy!

This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. I was in Seattle so it started off in the internet department with the friendly and helpful staff answering all my questions. When I finally managed to come down and arrived over 2 hours late because of rainy NW traffic I was quickly greeted by Randy May who managed to work me in despite my tardiness overlapping another customer's appointment. We recently purchased a new Dodge Journey at Dick's Country Dodge and Randy May was our sales guy. He was great! He helped us with getting everything we wanted and needed in our vehicle. When the vehicle arrived and we were able to pick it up Randy made sure we could use almost every feature the Journey had before he let us go home. I thought we were going to be there until dinner!
