We just purchased our 7th vehicle from Randy May at Dick's. Would not consider going with anyone else. Been doing business with Randy and Dick's for 17 years. Randy is always working to get you want you want or need. Have other family members that have purchased from Randy and they are very happy. Great experience with Randy and the service department.

Went in to have seven recalls addressed. SEVEN. They didn't even wash the truck or fill the low tires. No consideration, but they sure did mention some service that we should pay for in the future.
I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Rebel from Dick's in Hillsboro and I have to say that the entire process of ordering the truck, getting updates on the truck, as well as signing the paperwork for the truck was all very low pressure and easy. The sales reps we worked with were more like customer care reps than salesmen. My wife and I are thrilled with our new truck and are looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Dick's as a result of our experience there. Thanks gentlemen!
I recently purchased my third vehicle from Dicks Country Dodge. I was fortunate enough to use Randy May as our sales representative. I can't say enough good things about him. He was very friendly and professional in working out the details with our purchase. I would highly recommend Randy if anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle.

TLDR: we bought a brand new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that had problems immeditely and got stranded in the heat with our children not even a week later. We received zero empathy from the general manager Cory, who pretty much told me that they are no way responsible for what happened and that we must have bumped something and caused something to come loose and that this isn't ******, you can't just return things when I asked for a replacement vehicle for the safety of my children because who knows what other damaged incurred fro... read more
