I was desperate! I needed help! I was without a car due to the drunk driver that slammed into me because he didn't think he needed to stop at a red light. I went to several dealers only to feel like they were trying to take advantage. I made one last stop at Dick Smith Ford and met Ronnie Walrath. He was amazing. After being held hostage and getting my arm pulled at a dealership, I went to Dick Smith Ford, were I met my sales person Eric Basiliere. He made my leasing so easy and more importantly, had me in and out in less than an hour. Everyone out there, Dick Smith Ford and Eric don't like wasting anyone's time and great to work with.

Ronnie is the coolest salesman ever. He does the internet sales at Dick Smith Ford but he can make time for you if you ask for him. He is truly amazing and honest and I will be writing more of these so everyone knows.
