My experience was very good I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Amber was great. She was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. No pressure, just useful information and friendly efficiency. She had the car ready for us even sooner than we had hoped for. During the certification check they found a minor issue with the armrest that could have easily gone unnoticed. They reported it to us, ordered the part, and they are ready to take care of it as soon as we get the chance to stop by.
Love Ricky, he was on top of everything. He made sure I understood all my available options. I love my new car. I will be back when I am ready for something new again.
My wife and I were met at the door by Rob Merritt asking if we needed help. With Rob being new at the dealership, I found I was more patient with him and his knowledge, He did an excellent job for being so new on the job, and I would recommend him to my friends if they needed a Chrysler vehicle.

Danny the internet manager set-up for me an appointment with Steve Knapp for 10:00AM on Labor Day September 1st. Steve was not present in the dealership at 10:00 and did not return (he was down at the used car location) until 10:30AM After the delayed start, everything went smoothly.
Very professional and straight forward
We originally came to your dealership because of the $169 lease deal for a Dodge Ram 4x4 crew cab shown on tv. Jacin informed us that this deal required a $3,000 down payment. We were shown other vehicles and we chose to take advantage of the showroom Chrysler 200 vehicle offered to us. We are pleased with our purchase and with Jacin's knowledge of vehicles and prices.
