Used "Express Service" today.....for an oil change. Took 4 1/2 hours....for an oil change! Express? Really? Manager didn't seem to care...just said "sorry". Will have my oil changes done else where from now on. Very unsatisfied customer!
Went in to get the key battery replaced. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes and it cost only $6 for the battery....no service fee. Awesomeness!
