Just had my worst experience with Dick Hannah VW yet. They took an hour long to perform the service than I was initially told. Creepy sales associates harassed me while I was waiting. No means no! Was quoted one price and they attempted to charge me another. Then tried to embarrass me when I called them out. This company is just shady. Never getting another service done here. Never buying another VW.
