Visiting my first dealership I was nervous, but when approached by Jacob Treacy I was immediately relaxed. He was beyond helpful when answering my questions and when I return I will request for Jacob to help me.
Service department was great! Noah did a great job and got me back on the road! Colin Pinkerton was so very helpful at showing the new SUV's. I almost bought but decided to wait I have some debt i would like to clean up! He's a great salesman, no pressure, very knowledgeable on the Tuscon that I test drove!
UPDATED: After everything, we received our car a day after when we were told it would be and were notified of the change a couple hours prior to when our car was supposed to be returned. The choice repair shop had messed up the first repair and had to redo it and, if they detailed our car (as Roy and Esteban insisted), detailing=vacuuming only period and the end. We came to Dick Hannah today to buy a new Volkswagen after our last one was recalled. From the get-go sales staff wouldn't acknowledge my existence; not even shaking my hand or introducing themselves to me. All conversation was directed at my husband. If you identify as a woman, don't shop here because they will just look around for your husband.
I've been taking my bug here for years and am always well treated and things explained to me. My car was on its way out so I went directly from service to sales and found my perfect car. Thank you Cody and the rest of the staff!!!!
We took our car on for our "free car wash" and it was the worst job ever! I mean all they did is hit the car with a pressure washer, no soap no nothing. When I asked if the did anything to the inside the answer I got was "well they vacuum it". None of that was done either. Could have done a better job myself at home. Now I have to wash it agian. Portland VW gets a huge "F"!
