This dealership has been working on my 2020 *****. They have been repairing the oil cooler twice, the radiator 3 times. Last Dec the oil cooler and a complete clean up of oil in the radiator was repaired by this dealership. Currently the same thing has occurred..only the engine is damaged and a nearly $17k estimate for a used engine. They have had the car for 3 weeks. They will not move forward because they are waiting on maxcare(carmax) and saying that I need to provide an oil change record. My family friend changed the oil... read more
Business response:
We are not affiliated with the warranty company *******, which is holding up your engine repairs, not our dealership. Our dealership is happy to complete the necessary repairs. Still, if you want your third-party (non-VW) warranty company to pay for it, they require proof that you provide evidence of your completed necessary oil changes. We care about our customers and our reputation, and ask that you don't hesitate to contact your warranty company.

Then complete the repairs which you are responsible for since the December repair, and now 4 months later, the oil cooler failed again. There is a warranty on your work, so make it right! I still don't have a car and its going on a month! I can't get Volkswagen to talk to me. THIS IS WRONG!!!
i went to steve white to purchase a vehicle a little over a week ago from when i’ve written this review. it was through their audi division however, when i was not happy about the numbers i told them i would head up to their dealership to talk numbers. when Brian from Audi introduced himself. he asked me if i was ready to test drive. i told him no i washed to get numbers where i wanted them first. he then replied with “that’s not going to happen” so i left and went over to VW and worked with andre. they proceeded to ask me f... read more
I took my Volkswagen CC 2.0 turbo sport to them for a rear main seal leak. They proceeded to tell me that I had several leaks. I told them to fix all the leaks. The job was supposed to be a little over $2,000. Then they tell me my timing chain was severely stretched, so they advise me to change that as well. So I did, then they said my cam shaft was broken and my car wouldnt move unless I got it fixed. So Im like how is that when I drove the car up there? My car had to go back on at least 3 times in a month to 2 months perio... read more

At this point the dealership is lying and I have paperwork to prove my case and like I said a video as well. Of course they will try to lie to make themselves sound like a stand up business. When they are really the complete opposite. They rip people off Like I said there was no problem with my vehicle when I brought it in. All I had was a rear main seal leak, which they did not fix until like the 3rd time I brought my vehicle. That was suppose to be a little over $2,000 to fix. They completely messed my car up when they did... read more

Got to work on my car as soon as I brought it in. The job was completed within the time period I was told. And while they had it they took the time to make sure all the lights, belts, fluids, etc.,were okay.
