I would give negative stars if i could. My daughter had to have her car towed there for a broken skid plate, They took if off, said the car was safe to drive. She needed an oil change, got that done was on the road 30minutes before the oil leaked out and the car completely stopped. Douglas Volkswagen I would give ZERO-star rating if possible! No accountability and worst customer service! I leased my second VW Atlas Cross Sport from Douglas in December 2023. Terrible experience. The car has a very strong cigarette smells. We leave the car in the dealership for over a week and they were not able to help us with the smell. They took our deposit very fast, but they were not able to help us. Is so sad how they can play with our family health and let us leave the dealership without help us. There attitude at first were very friendly, but at the end was evil. Please do not shop here.
They have owed me a reimburse check for 7 months. They dont respond to emails or phone calls. Managers dont follow up. Impossible to deal with. They are no help and unprofessional

By far the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years buying new and used cars. From the moment I walked into the dealership to look at a used EV, to four hours later driving home with it, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of every employee. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2024 Atlas SE with technology(still had the plastic on it) from Volkswagen of New Port Richey in September of 2024 from salesman **** ****** and sale manager Hunter. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle we tried to autostart and it said "battery too low".
