Nick B******* was an incredible help via email before I even stepped foot on the lot. When I came to the lot he was organized and knowledgeable and made the process very simple. He has worked with me to address any questions or concerns. Had I not worked with him that day I likely would not have bought a car yet. It has been almost a week since I bought the car and Nick is still responsive to emails and helping me learn the ins and outs of my new ride. Highly recommend Nick any Dick Hannah.

Last week, we purchased a 2021 *****. This was our second VW purchase from Dick Hannah in 2020. We had a nice sales experience with Zane. He was straight-forward, easy to work with, and wasn't high pressure. There was a hiccup that came up but they made it right. Zane's a young guy- just getting started. Ask for him when you go in.
