Greg was great! He was able to accommodate us with an earlier appointment than previously arranged. I came in with my own approval loan and good apr but Dick Hannah was able to beat that percentage! He never complained about the million questions I asked and he was very personable. I highly recommend Greg and Dick Hannah VW and will absolutely be using them the next time I purchase a vehicle!

5 star customer service. We worked with Greg F***** who was incredibly helpful through our process. Buying a car can be stressful but working with someone who goes above and beyond to get you in the car you love takes a lot of it away. He listened to what we needed and then made it happen. Working with finance was easy because he took care of it all. I’m so happy with our experience and would recommend anyone that is looking for a new car to see Greg.

Nicole was awesome! Wasn’t planning on buying today but she helped me get a really good deal. Almost walked out at one point when interacting with a different sales person but Nicole came back and sorted things out.

Well first off, they sold me a 2014 Subaru WRX with a bad steering rack. I brought it in for an oil change in ********** where I live, at ***** ***** *******They said my power steering rack was leaking very bad and my reservoir was nearly empty. It was roughly 2 weeks after I had bought car. I said if your service department had truly done there inspection, they would have caught it! Well they played dumb and refused to admit it. Salesperson Bella C. was terrific to work with. After visiting another dealership I decided to return to Dick Hannah because of her. Additionally, the Dick Hannah dealership itself was a comfortable, attractive, and low-pressure place to go through the car buying process. Bella's manager (Mike), and the guy who drafted the sales and loan documents (sorry - I'm forgetting his name) were also helpful and nice to work with.
