I was very impressed with all of the wonderful people who helped me return my 2017 Jetta and obtain a 2020 Jetta at Dick Hannah VW in Vancouver, WA. So wonderful! The car is great with wider and more comfortable seats and a slightly longer body. I also love the color! Everyone did all they could to make me feel welcome & important. It was a pleasure to deal with Nicole U**** to purchase our new VW Atlas. I had purchased a vehicle on February this year and decided I needed a bigger SUV. Now is November and I did not know what will take to do the switch. Car buying can be a stressful event, never mind trying to switch the car.
