I have been trying to get my easy care plan money back after I sold my car that I originally bought from Clay **** Richardson Volkswagen and its been seven months and no one will return my call.They dont care.
If I could give this place ZERO Stars I would! I had to find a ** dealer as I have a VW Jetta Tdi with a check engine light. I knew in advance what the problem was (DPF + EGR issues) and I made an appointment one week in advance. The service center didn't even LOOK at my car until 3 days later. I have had my car (a 2015 Subaru Forester) from Strong for over seven years and have always had the oil changed at Strong. Recently, it overheated, and my husband had to add an entire container of coolant. When I called the service department and asked how it could be so low if they are checking the fluid levels while doing the oil changes. I was told that "if they don't have the correct fluid, they won't top it off." Not once was I ever told the levels were low and needed to be topped off. Do not have your car serviced at Ourisman Bethesda unless you want poor workmanship, frequent delays, and overall frustration. I purchased my Volvo XC90 from Ourisman along with the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance plan. I brought it in for scheduled maintenance and because it was displaying a Check Engine light. The Service Advisor informed me the engine suffered a misfire and cylinder 2 needed to be scoped. After scoping, he said the car needed an engine swap. I have been trying for months to resolve my contract issue where they added extra warranty/service contracts without me knowing, adding over $5,000 to the loan after I told them countless times I did not want to finance anything over a certain amount. I even made a down payment in the store to make sure of it. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Niello. After being told my car would be sold at auction, I was later informed that it wasn't--something I can accept. Chose an alternative ** dealership in Sept 2024 when leasing a new vehicle as a direct result of a negative interaction with a Sales Manager named *****. Have requested numerous times via telephone to be removed from their contact list over the past eight months and they are still contacting me as of May 2025
