Nick B******* was amazing! He was helpful and informative and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the car we bought from him. We bought a certified used gti, and we are in love with the car. And he has continued to be accessible and helpful even after buying the car. He readily answers all of our questions, and is an all around great guy. I highly recommend buying a car from him. It was a pleasure to deal with Larry L******* to purchase our new VW. We had purchased a vehicle through Larry in the past and were happy to work with him again. Car buying can be a stressful event however, Larry makes it a pleasant experience with his friendly and upbeat personality. I just bought a used ******there from Greg F*****. I think the highest praise I could give any business is that they met my expectations. He was easy to deal with, transparent and fulfilled his commitments. What else could you ask for. Dick Hannah VW is the place to find Nicholas B*******. He was a very helpful salesperson for purchase of my new 2020 ***** ***. Nicholas was so thoughtful, when I arrived, he had the ***** running with the AC on so it would be a comfortable test run on a very warm day! Now that is service. I am partial to ******. I purchased a 2000 *****20 years ago and that little cutie is still going!

The only reason we considered working with Dick Hannah was due to Nick O. I grew up in the area and they had a reputation. Nick changed all of that in our experience. He was honest, deliberate, transparent, and creative. He was patient and no pressure. He kept in touch with us regularly and just exemplifies a great person and solid salesman. Greg was great! He was able to accommodate us with an earlier appointment than previously arranged. I came in with my own approval loan and good apr but Dick Hannah was able to beat that percentage! He never complained about the million questions I asked and he was very personable. I highly recommend Greg and Dick Hannah VW and will absolutely be using them the next time I purchase a vehicle!
