Although Dianne, a registered nurse, was very pleasant and spent a good amount of time with me during my visit, she gave me inaccurate information on how to take my medication, had a receptionist -- who didn't seem to understand what she was talking about -- when she called to tell me my test results. Dianne discussed bariatric surgery with me before I had any tests. Thank God for the Cleveland Clinic where I saw two "actual" doctors who took care of me with compassion AND high-level expertise.
