We listed our first house wth another realtor to start, when we had no offers after 5 months, we were able to switch to Diane and boy what a difference! She had us in a multiple ofer situation just 2 weeks later. Our nickname for her is "Wonder Woman" ! Not only did did she work hard to get our sale to close due to a picky appraiser, se had our best interest at heart through the whole process.

Moving can be stressful. On top of moving, my wife and I were both starting new jobs and trying to find a house in a new town. Diane made our transition possible. Besides being a great person, she is great at her job.

Diane was fabulous and very knowledgeable about the Chattanooga/North Georgia area. She was really good about sticking to our budget while still finding us a home with our "must haves". She was very hard-working and made us feel like her only clients despite the numerous others she was working with at the time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Diane was there for us from before we even got pre-approved and still maintains contact with us today. Diane provided us, as first-time homebuyers with remarkable service and treated us as humans and not as another number. She dedicated so much time to us, it's hard to see where she had time for her other clients. Diane is very good at what she does!
