Diane Burke is the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She not only found the perfect house for us, but did so in a market where houses that were in our price range and also met our needs were few and far between. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is not interested in just making a sale. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their new home!

Diane is the best. She sold our house in GA when it was hard to sell a house in GA, and found us a house to buy in TN when inventory was low. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a house. If there was ever any kind of issue, she was on it, and got it resolved, it didn't matter if it was late at night, she was still very responsive, and if I ever had to leave her a message, it was because she was with clients, and would ALWAYS return my calls. You won't go wrong with Diane.

We used Diane to list our property. She did her obligation of photos and listed it in the appropriate places. However, for an Agent Open House, she lied and told us several agents attended with potential buyers. In reality, zero agents attended. The same thing happened with a Public Open House. Her feedback was that people came and loved the house - to the point of telling us they were timing it to their work. Again, no one came to the Open House. This was the second house we purchased with Diane, but the first one we sold. She took the time to answer all of our questions and laid out a clear plan to get our house sold. With having a small child, it would normally be difficult to show the house, but Diane made it clear up front to agents what time would work for us. We had it sold within 48 hours! Diane was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area I wanted to look for as my future home. She was able to accommodate to my busy schedule and was quick to respond to any question that I might have had. Her team was also very professional and responsive during the process of purchasing the home. She informed me of what was in style and what was a concern in the properties I looked at. I felt as though she was out for my best interest and was there to help me with anything that I needed.

Best experience I have ever had working with a Realtor. Diane made the whole thing happen. She was on time to every appointment we had. Knowledgeable about the area.
