Diane Burke is the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She not only found the perfect house for us, but did so in a market where houses that were in our price range and also met our needs were few and far between. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is not interested in just making a sale. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their new home!

Diane is a pro's pro! She gives back to the community through Homes for Heroes and knows more about VA loans than many lenders do. I also appreciate how much she keeps her client's best interest at the forefront at all times and doesn't let emotions control the process. I'd trust her on both sides of a purchase as much as anyone in the business.

Diane is the best. She sold our house in GA when it was hard to sell a house in GA, and found us a house to buy in TN when inventory was low. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a house. If there was ever any kind of issue, she was on it, and got it resolved, it didn't matter if it was late at night, she was still very responsive, and if I ever had to leave her a message, it was because she was with clients, and would ALWAYS return my calls. You won't go wrong with Diane.

We used Diane to list our property. She did her obligation of photos and listed it in the appropriate places. However, for an Agent Open House, she lied and told us several agents attended with potential buyers. In reality, zero agents attended. The same thing happened with a Public Open House. Her feedback was that people came and loved the house - to the point of telling us they were timing it to their work. Again, no one came to the Open House. My husband and I used Diane when relocating to Chattanooga. She was amazing. When my elderly parents decided to also move here Diane was the first call I made. Her help in all areas of this transition has been wonderful. She has been patient and very hard working. You will have a hard time finding a more diligent or harder working agent.
