The doctor was very knowledgeable. Her recommendation changed the how I take care of my eyes and contacts in a positive way.
The experience was pleasant and professional. I was greeted right away and seen right at my appointment time. I feel like I was given a thorough examination and any of my questions were answered. The results of the tests were clearly explained to me and was fitted for the frames I selected. There was no pressure to purchase more expensive frames or services that I did not need. I will definitely return next year for an annual exam.
The staff was very kind and helpful. My girls are very shy and they felt really comfortable with Dr. Ciobanu who is also very nice and we didn’t feel rushed. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
