These people need to take a course in customer service and business. I entered their establishment and all of the techs had patrons at their stations. The tech or owner in the first station yells “ Whatchoo need?” I announce as everyone does that I need a fill. She proceeds to tell me that they are very busy and to come back in an hour. No problem as I could keep myself busy and return. I return and the fun begins. There are only a couple of patrons at this time. I got french tips done. Overall they're decent, there are a few black dots trapped under the top coat and on two of my nails the tips aren't perfectly straight. My friend also got french tips and she noticed a hair in one of her nails. The ladies were very friendly, I just wish a better job was done.

Worst nail experience ever. One of my nails came off they hadn't even been on a week. I called them about it and the rude lady on the phone told me that the only way they would fix it was if I paid. But even when I was getting them done last week she kept talking to someone else the whole time she was doing them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if nails are popping off not even a week later and they don't stand behind them. Not sure how they are still open with the way they act. The only reason they are... read more

Honestly the worst pedicure I have ever had. Customer service is horrible and rude, I was cut twice and still charged.

At Diamond Nails in Greenwood SC, I paid for a full set of Gel Nails. Not only did I have bubbles, marks, and my nails put on sideways, but they made my cuticles bleed. I would not recommend going here.

I had bubbles in my nails went back for them to fix it n still had bubbles they wouldnt fix it n no refund dont go

They cut me and still charged me. Hope I don't get an infection!
