Very good customer service! Tim Martin and Rick Diamond did a great job at working a deal that was best for me in purchasing this vehicle.
Richard was very accommodating, not a typical pushy salesperson at all.... they showed they will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I did not end up purchasing yet, but will soon,
I reached out about this vehicle and the response back was very quick. I was emailing with a Andrew and as soon I mentioned that I would take the car off of their hands, with cash, for a lower cost (nothing obscene) I was emailed back and asked if there was a specific reason and told they don't budge on prices usually. There was and I explained the reason. I never received another email from them. I was pretty disappointed in the lack of service. Lost a sale but that's okay.
