Wow these guys are something else. Don’t waste your time. Contacted them regarding LX470, received slow disinterested response from Nick in sales. Never got back to me regarding some questions about the car. A week later I contact them again and communicated with Will in sales. I was told the vehicle was there but then it was out for service. Then I called again but the vehicle was sold but there was a mixup and it wasn’t sold. Then they called back and said they wouldn’t sell it because there was something wrong with it.
Good experience. Honest and helpful. Went above and beyond making this a good experience
Yes the dealer did reply. Was not rude in any way. I’m just not feeling that price. So I didn’t want to waist no ones time.
The car wasn't exactly ready for purchase, had a couple of bald tires and had a dead battery. Salesman was nice and didn't pressure me.
They responded very quickly and did not push me to buy.
Very good dealer with a great selection in the price range we were looking for.
