This dealer contacted me immediately even though I sent my first email at 8:30pm. I ended up buying the MINI Cooper one week later.
The car was not as described. It was listed as an automatic and it was a stick shift and there was little to no apology for it
The dealer offered me a car that had a 120k more miles than the one being advertised. Shortly after I questioned the disparity, the ad for which I had inquired was stealthily changed to reflect the higher mileage without any explanation from the dealer.

I reached out about this vehicle and the response back was very quick. I was emailing with a Andrew and as soon I mentioned that I would take the car off of their hands, with cash, for a lower cost (nothing obscene) I was emailed back and asked if there was a specific reason and told they don't budge on prices usually. There was and I explained the reason. I never received another email from them. I was pretty disappointed in the lack of service. Lost a sale but that's okay.
