Mike came out to service my air conditioner today before the heat starts. He was very professional and personable. He was able to do everything outside so no virus worries. I like this company. They are always very friendly and helpful.

Very professional, honest, great service and reasonable price
Just had our my annual maintenance check on our home HVAC system by Mike Gerro with Diamond. He called about 15 minutes before arriving, performed all checks as necessary, was informative, helpful, friendly, and very professional. Thanks for coming out Mike! We really appreciate it! AMAZING customer service. You just don't find customer service like this anymore and they nailed it. Emily called about 20 minutes before she arrived, was super nice, liked my cat, explained what she did. Said everything was good with our HVHC. I would HIGHLY recommend Diamond Heating & Cooling. I don't know about rates because they were the only ones I called, but it was worth every penny of it. Thank you!
