RecommendedOur furnace went out in the night. I called Diamond Heating and Cooling this morning and they provided amazing customer service! I recommend you call Diamond Heating and Cooling! They provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. They explained each step and followed through. I was given an opportunity to select the time frame they would send someone out. Was told the name of the person that would be coming out. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Buck. My furnace would not ignite. I called Diamond and they got me on their schedule. Within 10 minutes I received a text and call their technician was 10 minutes away. They had a cancellation and slid me right into their morning job queue! Fast, friendly, competent service.
I have had Diamond Heating and Cooling do the maintenance on my HVAC-system for several years. My system is 20 years old, the time came that they finally recommended replacing the system due to a crack in the heat exchanger. They came and gave me a quote for a new furnace as well as the AC since both systems were the same age. I got a quote from another company, who shall remain nameless, just as a comparison. Very quick to respond to our problem, representatives were very pleasant & used their time very efficiently. After analyzing situation, aclear and specific analysis was giving, time needed to work,and cost estimate. They went about gettingneeded parts and installed and completed job . Very pleasant and friendly? Also tidied up area upon completion.
