Jacob was personable n knowledgeable. He took the time to explain n educate me on aspects of his HVAC maintenance checklist with my homes furnace. He checked n double checked my vents to make sure his work was satisfactory to not only me but his own high standards of service. Shaun and Mike serviced our gas fireplace which hasn’t run in 9 years. They were on time, clean wearing shoe covers and very pleasant. They did great work. It runs and looks better than when the house was new. It was hard to find anyone to work on these things and these guys were great.
Nice people and they guarantee their work. They give you a detail report on what they did, so you have a place to start from if you have a problem again.
Apollo let me know ahead of time he was coming - I was impressed that the company sent his photo so we knew who to expect. He brought a trainee with him - a woman! - and they both were a delight! I'm relieved that everything looks good for the time being. I have to say in all our years of needing someone in the HVAC business, I've never had a female technician, what a great hire! Good luck to her (Sorry, husband forgot to write down her name!) and to Diamond! Always a great service team!

Because of Applo and Emily we now understand our heating situation. They were both courteous, polite, very well spoken and neat. Great experience but all our experience with Diamond Heating have been great. They all know their business.
