Prompt same day service this time of year is hard to come by and they did it! Wayne is a super nice guy who explained the problem in a way this mechanically ignorant person could understand. I would always recommend Diamond.

Ryland was here for a 2nd Opinion on my furnace that another HVAC company said needed replaced. The company's own notes said otherwise. Ryland showed me the tests as he did them and explained them, what's low, bad, acceptable and good beforehand. My furnace and "bad/not bad" parts don't need replaced and now I'm a Diamond service member. Great job.
