So very impressed with Diamond. From the first phone call to the service guys out here today. Everything did not go smoothly for Jonah and Dakota. But they did it right and did a beautiful job on the shop heater. I appreciate Jonah cleaning up everything before they left too. What a great team Dakota and Jonah are. Great examples and good PR for the company. You will hear from us again.
Chris was very good, calling about 45 minutes before arriving at our home. He showed us our old air filter, and told us the cost for a new one (cheaper than what I expected). He was very courteous and friendly. I was getting bids from a couple of other companies, and Diamond was the best. They responded to my online message promptly, and there was no pressure to schedule immediately until I had gotten other bids. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.
Diamond is amazing! My A/C went out and they sent a tech out right away. He was fast, friendly, personable, and got the job done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly right! Top it off, they never tried to over sell me. I'll definitely be using them again.

I was very impressed. From Robert coming out and actually explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done to resolve the issue and for actually stating that a technician would need to answer specific questions. Called Diamond This morning thinking they were going to tell me the same thing that most heating and air tell people that its going to be a week before can be seen. I was wrong they were at my house with 1 hour of calling and my air is back on and working. Thank you Diamond your the best.
Robert and the Diamond Heating crew are awesome. I have found it very difficult to find an honest heating and cooling company in the area but Diamond is one of them. They wont try to sell you something you don't need and only fix what needs to be fixed.
They meet expectations set by the sales staff. Installed furnace, air conditioning and water heater in one day. Thanks for your hard work.
