The company desires another great rating. This was the first time using them but right away I was happily impressed. Mat (the tech) was outstanding-true professional. Steve (Service Manager or Dispatcher)-not sure of his title, found a way to fit me in (same day service) and I know they were very busy. I have have dealings with other HVAC companies in the valley but this company is hands down, the top dogs as far as I'm concerned. The others made stupid suggestions to questions I would ask. Just had this company install new heating and AC units. The installers were great and left the area spotless! Robert our salesman was very informative and helpful. Excellent price, great service.

I just love love this company. They are by far the best company. Very informative and educational of the products that they are putting in and/or working on. Excellent customer service and very professional. They put the customers needs as priority and will recommend them to anyone.
I have already known without a doubt that Diamond Heating and Cooling's customer service, communication, price point, professionalism, knowledge of products, etc. cannot be beat. I just recently learned that Diamond Heating went to evaluate a furnace at a property for an older lady who ended up having a family friend help her fix the problem.
