Diamond Heating and Cooling is one of the best, most integrity filled, service businesses I've ever come in contact with. I noticed my heat had stopped coming on at 1 AM. I was freaked out, with a 2 month old baby in my house, I didn't want to go a whole night without heat. I called Diamond, and Chris was at my door by 1:30 AM. Fixed my heat. Our Furnace went out just after Thanksgiving. Diamond was quick to respond. We worked with multiple employees that week and each one was Amazing. We ended up replacing our nearly 30 yr old furnace and ac units and I can say it was the Best decision. Our home has never been this comfortable. Thank you!

Last week our furnace quit working and when we got home (at 9:45 pm), our house was 49 degrees and getting colder. We called Diamond Heating. They had a busy evening ahead with many others in the same situation. The owner was kind enough to take our call and come to our house himself. He had the heater up and working quickly and charged a very low, reasonable rate. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using Diamond again!
We were referred by A-1 plumbing for a water leak in the ceiling. We thought it was a pipe or roof leak, but it was problem from water in a tray under the furnace, Matt was at our home within 30 minutes and had the leak under control very quickly and no more leak. Matt was very professional and friendly and we will be happy to deal with him in the future. We are glad to have a company we can call with confidence.

We called for a second opinion on another companies recommendation on a $3000 install of equipment. The Diamond tech came out and assessed the problem, and found that the other company's tech had installed a part wrong. Diamond did not charge for this call. We called the first company and told them what was found by Diamond. They said to have Diamond go ahead and fix it. We called Diamond and they responded within the day, due to it being an extreme heat wave we were experiencing at the time. Diamond HVAC saved us $3000!!!!!
On short notice, Craig came out of his way to HSB on a 90+ degree Saturday. There was a $50 trip fee which I thought was a bit high, but in the end it was well worth it. He quickly and professionally got our AC unit running again in less than an hour after replacing a part (which he had in stock in his van). He didn't try to sell us anything, and the final bill was less than we had expected. We're already planning to have Craig return to fix an issue with our water heater exhaust.
