Thought the ratings meant trustworthy. brand new units for $7k in fall of 2017. third time I've had issues and had to call for service. had their "maintenance plan" and still charged around $160 for each call. No AC now. they were out here a couple of months ago because the furnace wouldn't work. last year, AC didnt work then either. my old units had been working for almost 40 years and didnt even need to be replaced, but they talked me into it. now I've go hearing AND cooling issues, bills for every dispatch, and a suspicio... read more

Apollo was our Technician and did a great job. He made recommendations that will work for our family, especially with handling the air quality with our Macaws. Danny, Harley, Ramon and Trevor were absolutely AMAZING!! Hardworking, dedicated and informative doesn’t even begin to describe their professionalism. We have had stellar treatment from start to finish. These guys not only put in new HVAC and water heater but added ducts and vents throughout! They tried to charge twice for the same job. I had the filter to be installed. Tech took one from his truck and installed it. Then took the one I had. Then charged us for it. When I called them on it Rick said he take it off. When I received the updated invoice in the email attached with invoice they made it sound like they did us a favor. Crappy service and they will over bill you then blame you for their bad service.
