RecommendedDiamond Heating and Cooling is hands down the best choice for water heater and furnace needs. My water heater died. They came out promptly and worked with me for a new installation. The staff and office are courteous, understanding, kind, and professional. I will use them for all my future needs.

Rob was totally cool. I have a yapping dog and Rob was calm and talked to him and then pet him. My dog mellowed out a little after that. Rob then quickly figured out my thermostat was hooked up wrong. They really had the perfect chance to take advantage of me and I would have never been the wiser. Rob was honest kind and very polite. Thank you.
We have used Diamond Heating and Cooling since 2007 and they have always been quick to respond, honest, and willing to go out of their way to help. We just had them install a new Air Conditioning unit and Furnace this week and they did a phenomenal job and walked us through every step of the process. We will never go anywhere else!
You lied to me and told me that I HAVE to get my line set replaced when doing my AC. I checked to see if you replaced the line and and you did not. When inquired, you said that getting the line set replaced is not required. I set a schedule to get it installed and had a family crisis with deaths in the family and cannot keep a schedule to get the line replaced. I called to get a refund on the line set that you charged and have been told "we will take care of you" "you will get a call back right away" No call back after two d... read more
