The temperature inside my house was 85 before Noon, and continued to rise. I called Diamond Heating and Cooling. They put me on the fast track to get someone out by evening, which I understood. Tomorrow it’s going to be over 100! By shortly after 5:00 pm, Tony had my problem diagnosed and fixed - I’m one of the lucky ones! it was very easy to make an appointment. alex was prompt, friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and explained the issue and solution clearly. no high pressure sales.

Very friendly staff and took care of my air conditioning issue right away. Answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me to make a purchase that I didn’t want. I will be calling them again in the fall when it’s time to service my furnace.
I called yesterday, our AC was out and we were melting!!! Super nice on the phone and they got me scheduled today. I got a call that a technician was available earlier due to a cancellation and Apollo was at my door 15 minutes later. He was awesome, knew his stuff, fixed things right up, super friendly and professional and he smelled good! 😂 He even finished so quickly that he ALSO did a full service!!
