Repair man was a consummate professional the fan is better than new.
My appointment was made the day after I called--no delay. The service tech showed up right on time and advised me of what needed to be done & got the job done in no time at all- The work was done on my attic fan that I rely on heavily during the spring & fall - I was also give info I never heard of--to run the attic fan (in ceiling in garage) during the summer-just open garage door about 1 foot to cool down the attic which would help cut down on the use of the A/C--I am going to use this very helpful advise.
Don was great to work with. He was able to diagnose and make the repair the same day. The repair was at the house of our elderly parents who live in a different town. He was prompt, courteous and patient with them. He communicated with us by phone to resolve any questions throughout the repair. Highly recommend.

We had some faulty wiring from a diy project that resulted in flickering electricity. Diamond came in, located the problem, replaced the wiring and two fuse box switches and now everything works great.
Very professional. Gave me a one hour window to do the work. Arrived and completed everything in the exact time-frame. Great work. Highly recommend.
Showed up on schedule on a Saturday. We had multiple outlets, changes to switches and undercount lights. Began and finished the project by Tuesday. Nice job.
It was almost $300 for labor to replace the hot tub heater on my hot tub. The labor on site was probably right around 1 hour total. The parts I took card of. Also, the insulation on the hot tub was cut up quite a bit. That being said, the repairman seemed very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. I would shop around a little though as this price seemed outrageous.

Mr. S called us on a Friday afternoon for an emergency service call. His hot tub had stopped and the temperatures were to be below zero. We did a service call to trouble shoot the hot tub and discovered his heater was out. We removed the old heater and installed a temporary heater. This service took about 1 1/2 hrs. Mr S ordered a new heater because it was still under warranty. On the second trip we installed the new heater and yes it only took about an hour.
