I am very satisfied with the work they did today. The technician arrived 10 minutes early and was done within an hour. Knew what he was doing and explained everything well. I would definitely hire Diamond Electric again.
Don was the name of the man who worked on my electrical issues. He did what I asked, but he could have left the wiring the attic in a much neater pattern. I do not believe that the bird's nest of wires he left in the attic conforms to any codes and certainly the fact that the electrical octagoon box that contains all of the wiring was not attached to the celing joists leads me to believe that when this house is inspected for selling, I will have to have the items fixed.

This customer was remodeling his daughter's bathroom. He installed an exhaust fan a GFCI outlet a switch etc. He ran all the wires and installed the boxes and fan himself. When he could not get them to work he called us for a service call and was VERY precise on what he wanted done and what he wanted to spend. Don was the first to call and give me a really good idea about my project before even seeing the jobsite and details. Once he arrived, he adjusted his estimate just as he had outlined in our initial discussion. It was a messy job (installing exhaust fan in an old house with plaster...) but he worked efficiently and effectively. He finished the work as promised and cleaned up work site upon completion.
