I asked him to look at our gas fireplace, because I had been told there was something wrong with the power. What he told us, was completely in error. He said we had a burned out transformer. We had a fireplace repair person come out and he told us there is no transformer. So he just needs to stick to regular electrical projects and leave fireplaces alone.
Showed up on time, solved the problem, reasonable fee.
Fix all items. Resolved all issues. Would use the company again if needed.
Arrived on time and quickly repaired two light fixtures and an outlet.
Other than miss communication on the scheduled time, the install went smoothly. The fan is louder than expected.
I needed a fan belt replaced on my attic fan. I hope the new one lasts as long as the old one. It was the original and the house was built in 1979. I can't give anyone a 5 for a review rating. There is always something they can do to make the experience better. This is as good as I can give. Diamond electric was prompt in answering the inquire for work needing to be done, they showed up on time on the date the work set, and he completed the work promptly.
The tech arrived on time and got right to work. He was good at what he did, and resolved the problem. The only reason that I am not giving him a 5 rating is, the service call was WAY more that I expected. I don???t put the blame squarely on the person since it was my responsibility to ask prior. I was on Work Call and my girlfriend let him in. Don called me immediately and set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and went right to work. We went through a list of projects which included a complicated 3 way switch in a house with old wiring. He was thoughtful and persistent and everything was fixed. I am very happy with the service, response, and courtesy. I would definitely call his again.
