Colby is, hands down, the best sales person I have ever known. His contagious enthusiasm and endless energy allow him to provide top-notch service to every customer who sets foot in the store. He also has fantastic taste, which helps him to pair each customer with a gorgeous and very flattering garment for that special day.
When my best friend from college asked me to go dress shopping with her – I wasn’t too excited. I know from personal experience dress buying can be very stressful. I was surprised to find the staff at Diamond Bride so supportive, eager to listen to her likes/dislikes, and helped find the right dress for her. She’ll be a beautiful bride. Now, I’m actually excited to make the trip again soon to look at bridesmaid dresses.
I can't say enough about about Diamond Bride and the experience I had at the store. The employees were so helpful and knew exactly what my daughter was looking for in a bridal gown and brides Maid dresses. The owner Colby John of the store took the time to come over to see if we were finding everything that we were looking for and I expressed to him that they offered more than I ever imagined. I cannot thank Colby and Diamond Bride enough for the wonderful experience I had today. I went dress shopping once before at a well known shop and it was a disater. Colby and Carrie and the other staff members were so helpful and made me feel beautiful. I left the shop today feeling like a million bucks and knowing that my dress was ordered and being custom made just for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel confident and beautiful.
OVER PRICED A DRESS THAT IS SOLD $500-600 MORE THAN OTHER STORES. VERY HELPFUL WHEN BUYING A DRESS BUT WHEN TO GO PICK UP TRY ON NO HELP. WAS TOLD TO LEAVE DRESS THERE UNTIL ALTERATIONS, THEN TOLD LATER I HAD TO COME IN IMMEDIATE TO GET MY DRESS. SHOP AROUND THESE PRICES ARE OVER PRICED. WHEN PURCHASED DRESS WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A FREE SIMPLE VEIL, NEVER GOT, WAS TOLD 15% OFF BRIDESMAIDS AND WENT BACK TO BE TOLD NO JUST 10%

Kia, We are so sorry to hear that you feel this way. Unfortunately, we are not able to control how other shops price their gowns. However, after looking at your contract, it does state that you received a $200 discount. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the picking up of your gown. We do ask that you come in within 10 days of arrival of your gown to try it on and pay off any outstanding balances, but after that, you are more than welcome to leave it here for alterations.
