This place doesn't deserved even 1 star. I'm so sorry I chose to use this shop. The consultant (Karen) was unprofessional promising me I wont need to do much alterations but once I got the dress I understood she lied to me just to get the sale.
The whole process of trying, finding, buying, fitting and taking home was so smooth. Karen was a wonderful consultant to work with. Being a simple girl and wanting a shorter/ simple dress I went through the process of trying on different dresses to see what I liked. I ended up loving the short dress I got. The fitting process after the dress came in was easy. I loved working with diamond bride and would definitely recommend them especially Karen!
After trying different shops I was starting to feel hopeless. As soon as I entered the shop it was like a breath of fresh air. Carrie took the time to sit down and talk with me and help me find the perfect solutions. I would go here 100 times over before any of the other shops I had tried.
Carrie helped me out with my appointment, she is so amazing and made me feel really comfortable! I told her where my fiancé and I were getting married and she found the perfect dress!! The entire staff was also very friendly! What a great team. I am so happy I found out about this boutique at the wedding fair!! I doubt I'd have found a dress so perfect for me!! Thanks for the great experience and my "yes to the dress" moment!! �

We have offered your daughter a service that no other store could have possibly offered by customizing one of our in-house designs and having it manufactured and delivered to our store within 28 days, typically an 18 week process, with more than enough time to have alterations made for her by our seamstress.
